"It’s the little, everyday moments that move me."

César Velasco contains multitudes. He was born in Mexico City, raised in Toronto, and now works between Texas and the East Coast.  He is bi-lingual, musical, organized and warm. He is part director, part writer, and part performance artist. César was shortlisted for best new director by shots North America in 2022. He has worked with clients such as Samsung, Dell, and Time Magazine.

 

He seeks to create work that reflects his own uniqueness - and he has a blast doing it.
