"The best way to arrive on set is by boat"

Los Angeles native Kate Adams embodies California sunshine. Her calming energy disarms talent and allows them to beam their true personality in a way that is raw, honest, and pure. Being drawn to photography her whole life, she attended the University of Hawaii to pursue conceptual image making and acquired a BFA in New Media.

 

Photography turned into film when she felt the desire to tell a story through her work, to give it heart and convey a message. Now she shoots and directs for global brands. Like many great Californian directors before her, she spends her time away from the camera riding horses or on the water.
