In the early summer months, The Vagrants embarked on a whirlwind journey through the Ocean State. Our mission: to showcase the diverse array of summer activities and thriving small businesses that make this Rhode Island so special. A dream come true for surfer and director, Dustin Devlin, who is no stranger to the bountiful coastal landscapes “rhody” has to offer. He set off to create a highlight reel of the best summer vacation ever according to a handful of casted travelers. He focused on capturing moments that make up the memories.  Along the way, he fell back in love with the little state that's got BIG STATE energy.
